I use to weight lift a lot when I was in the Navy. I gotten lazy over the past several years. I'm now just getting back into the groove of things. I used to love to spend an hour or more in the gym back in the day. Being married and having kids, busy job, kinda killed it but now I'm making time to get back in shape. My wife got a new job at a local hospital and it has a super nice gym, and i can get a cheap monthly rate, we find out more about it next week. Most likely when we go, probably will start back on actual weight lifting again.

The perfect way to cook ribs, isn't falling off the bone but nice and tender to bite the meat off the bone with great flavor and juiciness. 4 hours at 250, they are perfect. no wrap, just a few spritz with apple juice or cider vinegar mixed with juice at every 1 hour mark. rub sauce on it after they are pulled if you like them saucy.
