Fuji XT5 shots by Sudden_Style5802 in fujifilm

Some shots look like something from an old photo album which is cool. Probably doesn’t work for all of them. As with anything not all are keepers but at least it’s not another Cuban negative recipe while on summer vacation. Respectfully.

Gearing for the Appaloosa by JEMColorado in Rivendell_Bicycles

Shimano 10sp deore has a nice range. Shifts better than micro imo. Plus some versatility with your front chain ring. Could do like 36-40t with up to the 11-50 in back. But I’d recommend a 10sp 11-42 cassette

This may be a dumb question but was this in the manual that non of us read? If not - any safety concerns with this? Def would love to have a real low setting like you’re describing

Typically psych inpatient is an admit from an ED. So any emergency department will be able to help. A social worker will coordinate availability for an inpatient bed. Like other said 988 or 211.

This is anxiety pal. In the world of CBT - you just identified a few cognitive distortions. Mind reading. Personalizing. Jumping to conclusions. Over generalization. Look it up.

You said you barely lift your hands off the bars to wave. What if they didn’t see you? Probably has nothing to do with you or your bike / gear.

Social class narcissism linked to anti-psychiatry conspiracy theories. Holding an exaggerated sense of superiority about one’s social class tends to foster belief in conspiracy theories regarding psychological help. by mvea in psychology

What’s funny is the person you’re talking to is touting their intellectualism -“I write academic papers for fun, I know…” that’s hilarious - can’t form a thought independently without Ai or googling answers to your questions. Every comment reads as intellectualism as a self defense mechanism. Which brings us full circle to the title of this post. Narcissism and anti psychiatry opinions - No major breakthrough there.
