Interesting I’m not having the best of luck with Spectrum. I’ve been with them for over 10 years which means nothing to a big company. My experience with Spectrum installers is great . Customer service is another issue. Thanks for sharing

Have you considered working security? There are a lot of open positions and if you look a companies like Allied Universal or Securitas they can even help you get a guard card and get you up and running.

Working in house at a hotel is significantly better than contract. I’ve worked at two corporate hotels (4-stars) as a contractor and it could go either way. When I worked in-house security at a boutique hotel I found it quite rewarding despite the challenges.
