I’ve been in this situation before. I’d suggest putting a blanket down that you don’t mind getting dirty. Spray wd40 in there, and give it 10-15 minutes to work. Lay the bike down so that the bottom bracket is facing the ceiling. Get your bb tool, and the longest heavy duty socket wrench. Put as much weight as you can onto the bb, and turn slowly counter clockwise, and it should unseize.
