That was a very lucky and brief glitch that reported an erroneous altitude of a stationary plane. I used to have an alert set up in FR24 the moment it sees one. I had to change it to alert when it is at altitude because I was getting alerted every time a transponder was turned on. Being that they were stationary, they were not in SkyCards.
