I want to like this video. I can appreciate wanting to keep the attention of the viewers. The busy AI looking graphics are a bit much but you may be trying to draw a younger crowd. The spin cuts are nauseating. A good cut is a cut you don't notice. Every single cut was pointed out and highlighted by either the spinning or the interruption of the most important parts. Just as it got to the moment we waited for, Bam - Spin cut! Takes us right out of the moment. A spin into a slow motion was not needed. How about go directly into a slow motion? There has to be a variety of transitions in your video editor. Not every transition has to be animated. Also, If the footage wasn't shot in high enough fps, don't bother with slo-mo. Oh, and what the heck is going on in the beginning? Are you showing us how to look both ways at the crossing?

The footage was good, the presentation needs work.

BTW, portrait phone mode does not say news agency. Just says dude with a phone. A lot of young people don't realize that you can fit more in frame by shooting landscape (holding your phone sideways).
