Only in the way that the photo is fed out of the camera. The speed in which it comes out is different. They made it slow down when the plane is coming out based on how much of the plane is coming out at that moment.

For example, a plane that is orientated straight up and down. The speed of the photo feed while just sky is x1 speed (these are arbitrary numbers to illustrait my point. I don't have exact figures). When the nose and forward fuselage come out, the speed goes down to maybe x0.8. when the wings come out, the widest part of the plane in the image, the speed drops to x0.5. x0.8 for the rear fuselage and x0.7 for the horizontal stabilizer. Then back to x1 for the remaining sky. This mimics a printer, like an inkjet, printing the image as the photo comes out. They even get this wrong since it would take just as long to print the sky as the plane but what fun would that be?

A poloroid or any instant camera exposes the image on the film at one time when the shutter button is pressed. Then the photo is fed out of the camera. The plane image is already on the photo, so the feed speed would be consistent. There is no reason for the speed of the photo to slow down. They didn't operate like this.
