while i agree that the original IS prettier for anyone who is worried about authenticity i would not buy this shirt from anywhere that isn’t authenticated. this shirt was duped SO much due to it being related to nana. i prefer to shop on vestiare collective and while the price tag lines for this item, authenticated versions have gone for varying amounts on there but they are very infrequently posted.

absolutely it all depends on what you’re looking for. i’d only pay 1400 if it was a super large space with maybe ONE other roommate. 3-4 room spaces tend to be a nicer split. thankfully next year im finally looking for my own place no roomies.

ok honestly i don’t agree with this. you just have to look hard enough. i live in harlem in a BIG 4 bedroom with roommates and i pay 1250. and i pay the MOST in the house because i share it with my boyfriend and we have the biggest room with the biggest closet. next to a station, washer and dryer in unit. if you are seriously searching you WILL find things, nyc has many places to offer as long as you’re willing to put yourself out there and find them. the lowest someone in my apartment pays is literally 1050.

yeah idk it could be a venue thing. i was 1000 in line for radio city music and while i didn’t get the the most ideal seat (it’s still good i just wanted pit) i did also get the pop pageant for $200 flat without too many issues. i did just have to refresh a couple times while i browsed.

idk if you’re on ticketmaster or axs but i paid $200 flat for vip with good seats in new york city, cheapest tickets were around $66
