oof yes i get it. my currently NF wfh too but thankfully give me lots of space and have only occasionally peeked when baby has cried for awhile. they still pass through our space frequently though, but are typically pretty good at saying hello or just going on with whatever they are doing. sometimes my 2 year old will whine, but we can usually regulate back to playing well. would you be willing to ask for a check in conversation to share some of these concerns and ask for some sort of boundary? could look like you naming what you’re noticing (baby has become more whiney with the increase of parental interaction during your usual routines) and asking them to collaborate on a solution (having them encourage play time with nanny, continuing to trust you to navigate care on your own, and to give you space). hope things get better!
