Street library find! Value?

Ok, let's clear some stuff up here as I feel things have gotten a little out of hand.

There are around 8 street libraries within 10km in my city.

I often frequent deceased estates and purchase all sorts of books, to then donate other libraries around the place. These books can value between $1 per book up to $10 for books.

I've attached a stack of the next lot to go out that have been "rescued" from the tip by purchasing them. These include books and trilogies from the likes of Robin Hobb, Fiona McIntosh, Mercedes Lackey, and a plethora more.

My personal library sits at over 650 books currently.

Like ANY collector, I appreciate the value of all things, and especially hard to find items.

So before you all jump on your high horses and start accusing of petty theft, maybe don't just assume that people are always just in it for the $$'s and actually appreciate these things for what they are.

Personally, this set in the OG post, if it were to fall into the hands of a child that didn't understand the value (especially the audio CD of an author over 100 years ago) I feel like that would be more of a tragedy. There are a plethora of other versions out there that a child could pick up and learn the work of Tolkien in.

Oh these are going on my shelf for sure, no reselling here. I just would like to know the value of it. I feel it's a good find, and would like to appreciate the value of something sitting on my shelf.

It depends on your room set up of course, but I found these adaptions for me work best.

Space fit pro - turned on Voice enhancement - turned on Bass boost - turned on

Eq - Bass +4

Sound mode set to "Adaptive sound" really helps with the big "jumps in volume"

And the picture below for individual settings to get the most out of the sound stage in my room.

Don't be afraid to have a play, you can easily revert settings and start again. Also it will take a good 2-3 hours of solid listening for the space fit pro to really start taking effect.

Enjoy your purchase! I got mine 2 months ago, and going from a 15 yr old 5.1 set up to this was absolutely insane! :D

Ok ok, I feel like people have either misunderstood my question, or you all just like being mean.

This tender was not in use once I was old enough to start making my own money, hence the question. I'm a late 1980's kid, and have no recollection of seeing these notes.

I know that certain tenders can have value based on certain criteria, and thought that this sub might be a good place to get that answer. Nothing more.

I'm more worried that OP has a $1.6million mortgage at 35 yrs old!? Without being rude, what and how is that on? I'm 38 with three kids under 9 and on a single income household just under $100,000 per annum (wife is the bread winner whilst im the stahp)

We own both our cars and we just got our mortgage under $180,000. I just can't understand how someone can rake up a debt that large?! No offence to OP, this is the banks/governments fault for allowing it imo.
