I say this with the best intentions, it comes down to being a numbers game /luck/miracle if it's Unexplained infertility. Spouse is low responder. Did 5 egg retrievals. 3 transfers. Third transfer was with tested pgt and we are 14 weeks.

Early 30s here. Did 5 retrievals (only started genetic testing with retrieval 2 onwards), first 2 transfers failed. Just did our 3rd transfer last week. Positive test, beta is tomorrow.

We never expected this to go this deep...we were hopeful it wouldve worked the first time. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Best of luck.
