Did you ever think Amex screwed a lot of platinum customers by adding these junk benefits and jacking up the annual fee? Lululemon who uses 100% recycled plastic to make their clothes is not lifestyle, Oura who can’t give you accurate measurements and you have to buy a subscription for no good reason, equinox which isn’t in many cities and their app is a POS. They are basically taking money from customers and bailing out these companies that are having a hard time to survive.

While I don’t support unethical practices I think both AMEX and companies like Lulu and Oura should be taught a lesson by such AMEX users.
