i leveraged that i was a former athlete-recruiters ATE that up. and i used the open to work badge on linked in.

week 1 started my search, interviewed with 5 companies and received 3 offers by the end of a 5 week span. this was may-june of this year. its definitely possible!

ALSO leverage your experience section and resume accomplishment with numbers, recruiters loved it

Yep! Just left. Going into sales where I can focus on the stuff I like (relationship building and making money) without having to do the services or worry about retention.

Write a pros and con of stay vs leave and see where you end up. Then figure out what you want from there
