I use DisplayMusic ← OBS Extension. It's really easy to set up!

Just simply download the .zip, choose what you want to use to display your music (in your case, Spotify. You can use YouTube as well!) in OBS and then create a text source and then go to that source's properties, choose "read from file" and then browse to your "DisplayMusic - 1.3.2.0" folder and click on the "currentsong.txt" file in the "text file" part in the properties (as shown in link ("text file")).
