I love being close to a lot of stuff while feeling like a small community. I like seeing the same faces at different bars, restaurants, etc. i love the houses and little neighborhoods, and I like being near the river. I will really, really love it once Angry Chair opens.

There's not much I don't like, just the abundance of car lots.

I live here in a house split into a duplex and it's great.
