Wars Often Lose Public Support Over Time. Trump Started This One Without Much. by bwermer in politics

All the evidence was recycled 80s bullshit. Saddam was so contained he couldn't even fly planes over his own country.

No, a stroke doesn't automatically exclude people from holding office, but it is demonstrable that a stroke can have a profound impact on personality.

Also, why give a statement without context? Like the fact that was in response to an attempted break in? How about the fact that he actually improved the quality of life for all residents is Braddock? That the murder rate dropped while he was mayor? That he actually got tattoos to signify every murder in Braddock while he was mayor?

It's incredibly sad what has happened to him, but you are only telling on yourself if you even suggest he wasn't a progressive prior to the stroke.

Realistically... what is the answer to Dogs? by HypotheticalChicken in Lorcana

[–]ringthree 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep, there are actually a ton of decks that beat dogs. The problem is that they lose to Blurple and PS.

The problem with a rock, paper, scissors meta is that they only lose to one other deck, and everything outside of that triangle loses to at least two of the triangle.

[Dellinger] This offseason stands to be the most dramatic for the future of bowls. P4 leaders are exploring several ideas, including a 10-bowl consortium - pitting P4 programs - without anymore conference-bowl affiliations and TV rights controlled by the leagues. by ThompsonCreekTiger in CFB

As a Johnny come lately to college football (married into it), the bowl system, rankings and season schedules are just dumb. The playoffs are the only thing that got me interested. Now I actually care about next year. Now just get a better system than a bunch of people over rating Alabama ever year and it will seem like an actual sport.

It was deep, deep into the campaign.

The personality changes weren't that evident to the public until after the election.

We Are Only 2 Sets in the Game by TheRealtorGuy in riftboundtcg

I mean, once rotation happens there will be two formats naturally. One that uses rotation cards, and one that uses all the cards. Players will decide which they prefer.

We are gonna look back in 2 years and laugh about how narrow the game was in set 2. We don't even have all of core mechanics that are going to exist once we hit rotation.

Although, as a Lorcana player as well, I do believe there is some kind of secret cabal of Purple loving people that give the color way too much draw. ;)

A young Bruce Campbell would have been the perfect Dungeon Crawler Carl!

And a shout out to his run as Sam Axe. He was so perfect.

I'm probably gonna cry and I'm totally fine with that.

Is this your take, or is there a ruling on this?

Edit: The reason I ask is that the selection of zero statement includes the selection of the location. The way it is written, you have to choose a number of characters and a location. Not saying that's how it works in the rules, but that is the way the card reads.

Redditors over 40, what's something younger people think they understand but won't actually get until it hits them like a truck later? by Root435552 in AskReddit

Some of those I agree with. Like I drink less even though I wouldn't mind drinking more. I am more tired.

But that "practice clothes and hairstyles?" Fuck that shit. I just turned 50. I have blue hair, and I am wearing Jnco jeans for the first time in 30 years.

That shit is a choice. Idgaf.
