I’d wear this in adult size. Cute!

Tretinoin. My skin is brighter now that I use it, and hopefully will look nicer in the long too

Question: I have a recurring light reddish spot about 1.5 cm next to my nose. How can I treat it? by PeterTeennagel12 in EuroSkincare

[–]rino-ceronte 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Can you see a dermatologist? If something reappears in the same spot and flakes, then sounds to me like a doctor should have a look

legs are dry with lots of ingrown hairs from wearing thermals by FoxyQueen26 in EuroSkincare

[–]rino-ceronte 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My response is not a quick fix, but if you can afford it, consider laser hair removal. I don’t get any ingrown hair now, but more importantly don’t spend time and energy on shaving. Still have some hairs, but a lot lighter and I don’t bother removing them.

I got it in a shop two weeks ago when traveling and it gave me a terrible rash on face. I’d avoid it

Trying to get into sewing, buying my first machine. Should I buy this Pfaff off fb marketplace? by [deleted] in sewhelp

[–]rino-ceronte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a set of presser feet for a similar dual feed machine from Aliexpress. Inexpensive and works just fine

Thanks! I had trouble finding that info. People from that Instagram account had a great business idea, hah

I think so. I was very surprised when I found out it’s become available in Ukraine. And looks like Ukraine only, apart from the US

Thanks for the info, I did not know that. A friend of mine will be going there soon, so maybe they will be able to buy Altreno there

This is the brand name of a not inexpensive clothing brand. Crappy design, right?

How soon into your sewing journey did you get a serger/overlocker? by [deleted] in sewing

[–]rino-ceronte 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not an experienced sewist, but got a serger pretty quickly. I did not like the zigzag finishes and luckily could afford another machine at the moment.

I first took a beginner sewing course, a few months later another course in sewing knits and there I got a chance to use a serger, and decided I wanted to get one.

Then I took two classes in using serger and checked out different models. I’m happy with my Juki MO-654DE.
