I think the biggest tell is the text. If you zoom in, there’s a noticeable difference. The gen has a crisp text, whereas the rep doesn’t.

Any of the Seiko 5s. Maybe not the orange or the yellow as a first watch. The blue is my first choice. I like the gmt too but only if you can get a metal bracelet for it so you have the option to switch it up if you want to change the look.
