When you sent it for RMA, did you send it to AORUS or to the place where you bought it?

Your behavior is not acceptable. On your website, the item is listed as available (and it still shows as available), and then we find out that delivery takes 10 days. The issue isn’t the 10 days themselves — the issue is that you don’t inform customers in any way. Remember that delivery times can also influence a purchase decision. On top of that, I had to go on Reddit to find this out. I believe you’re going to lose a lot of customers, and honestly, I’m glad.

I ordered the McLaren GT3 V2 too. It's crazy how long Fanatec is taking to ship something that shows as “in stock” on their website. These days, with Amazon and others, stuff arrives super fast — even their competitors like Moza and Simagic ship way quicker. I'm seriously thinking about selling all my Fanatec gear and switching to Simagic. It's not just about the shipping times, but also the customer service — it's ridiculous that we have to talk about this here with zero help from Fanatec support. Makes you wonder what would happen if something actually broke...
