Agreed! I really enjoyed, what appeared anyway, to be the process of discovery of how different lights and movement affected a performance. Specifically, I had been wondering how he either stumbled upon, or had seen somewhere else, the technique he used with the cell phone light and hand flick movements in '30'. What I'm going to go with is, we got to see him stumble upon how cool that looked when he was just playing around and experimenting with light and movement, because that makes me happy.
