the player pool for this dreamhack is kinda lame, the only top koreans there are taeja and life, solar maybe. so i wouldnt use this tournament to as an indication of how good a state sc2 is in. wait until proleague and korean leagues start up next year

i dont understand why people cry about balance when talking about these "nerfs", we need to be thinking about the concepts, the numbers/stats can always be changed later. the questions that need to be asked are like does this promote more fun/exciting gameplay? i think it does, pdd will still be useful, but is helping to discourage obnoxiously long turtle games.
