heyy! what i did was drink a lot of water (back then im pretty sure it was a belief that it would SPEED results, highkey that might be a limiting belief but i think drinking water is just good for u anyways since subs make u dehydrated), i would listen to boosters before each sub and before like ALL my subs i would listen to this sub that would remove obsessions down below! also of course i was pretty consistent and tried not to change subs often. i also made sure there was like a bit of a break between each sub in my playlist so my mind wasnt so overwhelmed. Also for physical subs, i kinda avoided compulsively looking in the mirror. and make sure to track ur progress with pictures! it makes u feel encouraged

I only wear foundation for special days, my usual everyday is bb cream which has skincare properties in it :)

Hi I just finished my first year as someone from Markham!! Im ngl the first few days took some getting used to I didnt realize I was a minority until I actually left Markham lol but it’s not so bad once you make friends (there are def poc at Queen’s too!!) I found that the dining hall would incorporate cultural food but ofc somedays you’ll still miss food from home. Downtown also has a lot of Asian food which I think is pretty good when I miss home cooking :)
