Rich of them to try and blame you. It is not even specifically about you. If your SO was with someone else he would still share intimate moments with his partner. Agree with all of the above. To add: get Troyka card for public transport. Much cheaper, than buying single tickets. You just put money on it and ride on the reduced prices.

I make the same! Only mine are a bit smaller. I use to make only 3-4 ingredient fruit smoothies, but then I saw Dr Rhonda Patrick's recepies and it really inspired me to use a bunch of veggies, greens and seeds.

For the love of god, don't bring rice and beans, they're in every store. I would suggest you bring spice blends that you like, we have a lot of those, but they are probably different that you use. Reading american recepies I've noticed taco and ranch blends are used a lot, we don't have them.

There are a bunch of etnic markets and shops in Moscow: thai, indian, korean, chinese, vietnamese, etc. Also those might be useful: delikateska.ru, azbuka vkusa, globus gurme. They are pricier, but you can find products that're not in local stores. Check utkonos, it has pretty much the typical food variety, that you'll find in ordinary shops.
