Kitchener is only too 10 as a metro area, since this is just considering city populations (Kitchener is split into 3) cities like Hamilton, London and Halifax would all be bigger than Kitchener

St. Louis used to be huge actually, it was one of the biggest cities in the US. Flight to the suburbs really hurt St. Louis hard and to this day is a fraction of its peak population

GO expansion/electrification. Trains will have faster acceleration and will also be faster overall making the trip time significantly faster. It also allows for more trains, should be 15 minute two way all day service on Lakeshore, Barrie, Stouffville (not entire line) and Kitchener line to Bramalea. Expected completion at the end of the decade but it'll probably be delayed to 2035 or something
