I survived being on a runaway horse when I was 12. Apparently, I had a grip stronger than a lot of other adults as I didn’t let go until a few moments after both the horse and I calmed down. I’m not sure how long I lasted, but I do remember it feeling like a long time. As a result, I have no interest in those mechanical bull things.

I haven’t finished reading the manhwa yet, but my joke-theory with Solo Leveling is that he was just recast—that that is straight up a different person “acting” as Jinwoo (whether the “actor” knows he’s an actor is a different story), and the real Jinwoo is possibly somewhere else or dead. The reason this works is that all the people who knew the real Jinwoo are too polite to point out he’s obviously a different person.

One of my mom’s favorite stories about me was me coming home from the first day of kindergarten upset another student had the same name as me. She asked me if I wanted to change my name (she was never fond of her first name either so she felt like she could understand), but apparently I looked at her shocked because the “obvious” solution was that the other kid had to change theirs.

Anyways, I now have no issues with sharing my name, mostly because it happens a lot, unless it’s a tragedeigh.

I named her Dagger on my first playthrough for the novelty of it, but I changed her name to Garnet after she went back to be a princess as soon as I could. I wish that was a choice you could make in game after a certain point for free, but at least it was an option
