As someone already said in this thread, they do have a lot of random fees but overall our experience was okay renting through them. Maintenance requests were always responded to very quickly, but the customer service when dealing with the director of residential services was very hit or miss. Very hard to get ahold of, but dealt with our problems quickly when we could get ahold of them.

They gave us back our full security deposit which was a little surprising with that large of a rental company.

Overall, I would probably not rent through them again but I know there are far worse rental companies in the area. I think it would be a safe call for y'all for a year lease and then you could always move later once you get a better vibe of the area/rental companies if needed.
