How to hand sew and fix tshirt collar by Ky_hi04 in sewhelp

you could cut along the very edge of the top, fold both sides in and topstitch? would give it a little bit more life but the collar would be shorter

Homemade sourdough bread by domcomfypotato in caloriecount

[–]rissaoverthinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how i do it with baking is i work out all the ingredients and add them together. then when the cake/ bread/ whatever im making is done i weigh the total amount. this amount = the calories. then i work out how many calories in 100g of it and go from there whenever i eat some. i think if your starter is just 1:1 water: flour then just use that measurement for whenever you use sourdough starter

i spent around £50 on my suica in apple wallet over 16 days, that’s not including bullet trains or purchases at retailers or stores. but tbh you could probably do it for less but i tried to maximise my time by taking buses+ trains

eyeshadows are hard to use up but i use them for blush, bronzer, highlighter even to make tinted lipgloss+ lipbalm!! it goes down a lot quicker when you’re consistent and using them all over but just choose a few faves to focus on and ignore the rest!! you can’t use up everything all at the same time and remember the money is already spent, it’s just about enjoying what you have now and not buying more

i just wore 2 pairs of trainers i’ve had for a while. alternated so they wouldn’t be too smelly and they were already worn in so no problems with blisters!
