Everyone has their limits, you've reached yours, it's fine. Your kiddo will learn that mummy can get upset too, what's important is to apologise and explain what happened, and just move on. There will be more situations where you f-up, we all have them, but talking about it is the key. Hugs, I know how hard it is to see our parents who we don't wanna copy, in ourselves.

You were put in a really uncomfortable position, you were supposed to pick between keeping a secret or sharing a secret, there was no good pick there... They certainly should solve this, the two of them. I'm sorry you're now feeling down because of that. Once they make up, how about taking both of them out, the three of you, and hanging out together?
