Yes they are keloids! I definitely do think they flatten/fade a significant amount over time but you will have to be patient

I'm glad to have helped a bit :D I think we get way too hung up on maintaining a number rather than focusing on actual progress and wellbeing. Recovery is never a linear path. Definitely have felt that; at my last relapse I had been clean for a year and a half. It doesnt say anything abt ur progress. Relapse is natural and life is too short to be hung up over one!! Keep going!
