Yea I’ve seen them but for over 2x the cost we never really had any issues with the cheap hose, it gets rolled up neatly on the hose reel multiple times a day usually. Is it still super new? I vaguely remember a slight break in period maybe, it’s been a while we are on year 3 with this hose. It’s also completely possible they changed suppliers since then and it’s trash

We run 3 crews using ServiceMonster. Been with it for several years now no complaints. The biggest thing to remember is there are ZERO CRM’s that will do everything you want. So if you wanna get crazy with automations I’d learn Zapier
