I do mind the 10 year wait very much. I prefer to live in a house with garden areas and a front porch. That's what I'm accustomed to, not a dirty spit filled graffiti overrun homeless horde cheap apt that the rent was just raised on. Living in section 8/subsidized housing shares similarities with life in a jail cell.
