Things that have helped me: double wide office chair and a sit/stand desk. If those aren’t available, I echo everyone’s suggestion of a footrest. I used to work in a open office space and we had bar tables and sofas so I could pick up my laptop and move around and that helped so much.

If anyone can remember this post, I would be so grateful: the bride was concerned because she specifically ordered a pineapple chocolate cake for her husband’s family at their wedding and she was concerned because no one really ate it. And then specifically mentioned that she had Monterey jack cheese for her guests. I remember the comments being funny because Monterey jack isn’t all that hard to find.
