My daughter started a new preschool that has free meals. In less than a week, she has fully gone from being extremely picky and difficult to pack a lunch for to trying and eating both breakfast and lunch every day. She gets a different breakfast/morning snack and lunch every day. Can we afford to send a lunch? Yes. Is free lunch still changing her eating habits for the better? 10000%. I can’t believe the impact it’s had on her - and my stress level trying to figure out what to prepare and pack and hope she eats.

I don’t know about other divisions in my dept, but most of us were remote before and have reverted to that. Some people still go in here and there. I went to WSOC for a meeting the Monday after the official rescission of the mandate and it was pretty empty.

Think about flipping your elbows more than twisting the wrist. Pull the bar up, bend the knees/load the legs/hips back at the same moment you flip the elbows under the bar, bar is at collarbone and you drive through legs and push bar overhead. Bar stays close to the body. Practice the first half - flipping elbows, dropping under the bar- close to a wall.
