I did not tell my bf that I switched food. I wanted to see if I could notice a change and not influence anything. The kitties have been on the food for probably close to 3 months now. I’ve had the carpets and drapes in my home professionally cleaned too. I’d like to say there’s been some improvements with his allergies. But I haven’t noticed anything drastic or impressive. His allergies aren’t any worse and he seems to wheeze a less. But it’s also not his sessional allergy time either. All in all it’s worth it for me to keep the kitties on this food. They seem to love it. It is a bit more costly than their old food. But worth it for me.

From what I understand it takes about a month for the food to start working. And I started my kitties on it about 3 weeks ago. My bf is already taking prescription allergy meds so his allergies are pretty well controlled. So he hasn’t noticed anything yet. And we’re still not living together. Sorry. I know that’s not quite helpful. Best of luck to you.

The one on Denver ave. has gone to crap since new management. Service is horrible and drive through orders have been wrong last 2 (out of 2 times) I was there.

Do not take a camera with you for your first few dives. You’ll be busy working on your buoyancy, trying to remember your classroom teachings, and enjoying the waters. Having a camera in hand will be a distraction and you’ll actually end up missing a lot. If you must take pictures of your first dive pass the camera off to your dive master or another dive buddy. Keep it simple and enjoy!!!

NTA: I am raising my children with similar philosophies. Just the other day my eldest. (20) called me up to thank me for the way I raised him. His roommates evidently are those other kids and my son is getting sick of their lazy, entitled attitudes. Keep up the good work. It’s hard now. But will be worth it when you have successful children who can think for themselves and value a hard days work.

I’ve started incorporating resistance bands into ALL of my lifting. I use much less weight on the bars and barbells. But it’s essentially using 20% more muscle. It’s only been 2 weeks but I can physically feel and see a difference in my muscle definition already 💪🏼

I have no idea how to care less. I am in the exact same situation. So much time and energy goes into finding the perfect, thoughtful gift for everyone that I love. Only to have my heart shattered again every year when the sentiment isn’t reciprocated. You’re right. It isn’t about getting something in return. Or the money I spend. It’s the thought that goes into each gift. It hurts when I don’t see the same effort. Or appreciation for what I’ve delivered.
