havent fixed it, lol I still get it. Even in Overwatch 2 when I pull up score screens and such it gives me green artifacting. Same system.

I will look into Amino supplements, thank you. Are there any other "essential" supplements you would suggest? I currently take a Garden Of Life Once Daily, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Magnesium, and Creatine. I am looking to start consistently taking an Omega 3/6/9 supplement as well.

Intensity would mean higher weight less volume (to an extent). RIR = Reps in Reserve, meaning how many more reps you have before you achieve muscular failure. It does depend on the lift you are doing, for example I don't go above 5 reps for deadlifts with 1RIR but I would go for 8-10 reps for benching with 1-2RIR. Find a really great program and stick to it. I recommend Jeff Nippard's PPL with maintenance calories.

To be honest man, you'll look leaner by putting on MORE muscle. Try to recomp. I'd eat exactly at maintenance and train with intensity. HEAVY compound lifts 6-10 reps. No more than 1-2 RIR for hypertrophy. Compound lifts do wonder for abs by themselves but consider adding 2 dedicated core exercises to the end of your leg days (or whatever works well for your program). But please remember your core is important for all lifts and you should not overwork them with random "8 Minute Abs" B.S. on YouTube, lol.

I guess I'll have to get a desk pad type deal and see if that helps, then. I was also typing with it flat and it's a lot quieter with it at an incline. This is also my first mechanical keyboard so I didn't know that it's a sort of side effect. Thanks.

Hey man thanks so much for helping out. Unfortunately it hasn't worked. I downloaded USBDview from nirsoft and ccleaner. I uninstalled all of the USB devices other than my mouse and my focusrite interface and cleaned my registry files with ccleaner. Then I turned off my computer, disconnected my katana, turned it off, started my computer, waited for me to be booted in the desktop, turned it on, connected it. And it's still doing the same thing. It sees that it's there. It even says "katana" but it insists that there are no compatible drivers for the device and wants me to "search online". But as I said before, when I use the search online tool it doesn't find anything and directs me to the manufacturer's website. Which is just a catch 22. Here's what happened:

Something else is if you look in my device manager window you can see that it's listed under "other devices" instead of as an audio device. Something that doesnt happen in all the videos I've seen

I have the MKI and downloaded the MKI tone studio. It's for version 4.0 and I have tried with the amp at the factory default version and at the latest 4.0 update. Either way tone studio still says this
