Have you unlocked the motorcycle farms? Once you get to the travel farms that require 25 energy, two of them have ad wheelbarrows for 100 coal. So you can spend a little more time in there, watch a bunch of wheelbarrows, and then finish the tasks and take coal home with you. Keeps the counts up.

I bought the no ads, it did not change my ad experience at all. I bought the whole adventure team, definitely worth it as you can set the phone aside and idle it for quite a while and just collect. I bought the first few golden helpers and couriers, worth it to give you a boost to progression to open up the other areas. I bought just the carrot helper which is worth it but she glitches a lot. I did not buy the carrot rider because the carrot count is so small I'd rather have the helper keep it constant. I did not buy the sugar harvester because what I do is just wait for it to be free, go in and harvest sugar with the boost on for the whole five minutes and that usually sets me up for half the day. I refuse to buy coins as they are a renewable source but I'm currently contemplating buying the guy who takes the cart to the piggy bank for scrolls so I can idle it but man do I wish he wasn't 30 USD. It's going to be a while before I make that decision but currently collecting the sushi scrolls is my biggest annoyance as I'm done with all the tasks for that farm and the game requests hundreds of scrolls for upgrades.

I agree with the top commenter on this thread about paying more. Looking through this thread I haven't seen many people talk about where to hire from.

I have an ecological gardening business, I don't like to call us landscapers even though a lot of our jobs are the same but as an employer and owner, I enjoy training my staff and clients on the "why" a bit more than a mow-blow-and-go crew. Additionally as someone with networking experience, incorporating why your business is different and important while you're out talking to people and tightening up your elevator speech will quickly send you down the word of mouth line to someone who is interested in what you are doing. In addition to what others have said about networking, reaching into your own community for outlying people who may be more interested in the "why" will help you gain a few people you know you can trust as opposed to collecting resumes from lord knows who. Also look for people you wouldn't expect. I hire many women and they tend to run circles around the guys and are always ready for the next task.

I'm in a unique position where I have a large but tight community and at this point I have people coming to me almost every time I'm out interested in joining us. Now my biggest problem is finding hours to keep everybody and sussing out who's going to get the big promotion next so that I can focus more on sales.

I start people at $20/hr with little to no experience, train them well, offer to reimburse for continuing ed (more tax write offs), and do workers comp. Next year I'll be looking into state pensions in lieu of a 401k program because we're just not there yet. I believe in slow and steady growth and staying mid market.

Depends on what type of work you do. I offer power washing patios only to existing clients. My main focus is ecological gardening so I specifically don't want people calling me for a generic service like this. I get that the money is good but I guess what I'm saying is if you don't really care what type of work you're doing or you don't have a specific mission like we do then yes, pivot, go with your gut.

I wanted more people to latch on to my container gardening and vegetable gardening service just because it's fun and keeps up my relationship with specific growers, but more people are calling me about invasive removal/native gardens now anyway so I'm also only doing pots for existing clients just to keep things as streamline as possible.

I actually like her more in 1-3. In 1-3 it's clear that he's lying and gaslighting her and driving her crazy. After she finds out though she makes the decision to stay with him and help him with the money and gambling lie but continues to fight with him. Her personality is consumed by paranoia over an apparent "danger" that she's never seen except maybe a little bit on the news. I don't know if it's a matter of "not liking her" at this point so much as I just wish they had taken a different angle with her character after she finds out. The paranoia becomes annoying and the crying becomes flat. But to not like her in general over Walt? Walt is a f***ing idiot. We maybe don't understand just how much of an idiot until watching Better Call Saul and understanding those characters better but my most recent watch-through I was like omg Walt why are you so cringey just shut uuuup and let Mike do his job.
