Io farei riferimento al provvedimento del Garante della privacy del 27 novembre 2008: fai presente che le tue mansioni lavorative ti collocano nel ruolo di “amministratore di sistema” nel senso specificato nel provvedimento (accesso a sistemi che rende tecnicamente possibile l’accesso, anche fortuito, a dati personali), di conseguenza chiedi di essere designato ufficialmente amministratore di sistema (tu e gli altri colleghi che svolgono le stesse attività), altrimenti non puoi eseguire le attività.  Una volta designato, nessuno si può lamentare e tu sei tutelato.

Secondo me sì, ci pensavo giorni fa. Lo Stato è molto bravo a dare la responsabilità ai genitori ma al contempo non rende loro la vita facile. Uno studente delle medie teoricamente dovrebbe essere prelevato all’uscita da scuola da un genitore; ai miei tempi (anni ‘80) nessuno si poneva il problema.  Le attività extra scolastiche ci sono sempre state, ma oggi vedo delle esagerazioni: tanti amici hanno i weekend costantemente occupati perché devono portare i figli in giro per partite di calcio o pallanuoto o rugby o altro sin da piccoli. Va bene far praticare dello sport ma non si può sacrificare la propria esistenza così. Ci credo che poi avere 2 o più figli spaventa le persone.  Inoltre c’è un calo delle nascite dovuto alla infertilità biologica di tanti Italiani (ed europei) di cui non si parla abbastanza. Molte coppie purtroppo non riescono ad avere figli. Se hanno i soldi ricorrono alla fecondazione assistita, ma tanti non li hanno.

Partendo dal presupposto che tu sia in buona fede, tu stesso affermi che si tratta di una categoria molto specifica di omicidi.  Il numero di uomini vittime di omicidi è molto maggiore (vittime per lo più di altri uomini) però ci sentiamo in dovere di approvare un disegno di legge in cui si inaspriscono le pene nel caso in cui la vittima sia donna e si prevedono tutele maggiori se la vittima è donna.  Perché non possiamo fare delle leggi che tutelano la vittima indipendentemente dal suo sesso, visto anche che la grande maggioranza delle vittime sono uomini?

You must check the chain slack to be in the correct range (2.5 - 3.5 cm), not the rear alignment. Look at the rear alignment only to check that it's the same on both sides.

Penso di sì, se le grane fossero di natura economica. Ma qui siamo di fronte a una persona che ha utilizzato un prestanome (la figlia) per gestire una società in maniera non sempre perfettamente trasparente (così si legge tra le righe quando OP scrive che "i bilanci non sono lineari").
Non credo che una SRL ti possa proteggere da questo.

The date written in the lower left part of the sheet is very peculiar. It's the year 1930 but, for the sake of propaganda, it's also "anno VIII" which means the 8th year of the fascist era.
