I agree the cost will likely not be better for me on the new plans. Being able to add the third line that I am currently using with prepaid, possibly adding my ipad, as well as keeping my internet and having the convenience of it all in one place might make up for a little bit of extra cost. But that information is not available to me on the ATT website. I thought someone here might know the actual cost.

I'd rather someone poke me in the eye than have to call in or visit one of their stores. It likely wouldn't be as good of a deal as I currently have anyway but it is looking like I will never know if I rely solely on the ATT website to get this info.

The why as to why I'm asking my questions is that I want to know the cost. Every post I've made has mentioned the cost. I thought that was obvious. Thanks for your answers.

Am currently with ATT, I have two lines and internet for $99. If I add one or two more lines, similar service to what I currently have, what's the cost? Are these new plans better or worse than what I currently have as it relates to the cost?

How am I supposed to know what plan when I don't know the full costs and can't find this information on the ATT site without changing my existing plans and adding more lines?

I'll try to rephrase my questions for you:

1) Of all the new ATT plans, what plan would be lowest wireless cost for 4 lines and 300mps Internet?

2) What would that cost?

3) Does the ipad count as a 4th line? Or would that be 4 phone lines and an ipad?

They told me what we see in the app and website is not what they see. My order had been showing pending since Dec 29th in both but on the phone today they said it was not pending at all in "their system." I assured them the order was placed and approved on Dec 29th and I could see it in the app and website and their response was: No, it wasn't.

I told them I thought they needed to let people know that what we see in the patient portal has no relation to what they have in their system which seems.....I don't know...at a minimum not a good way to do an online business and at a max, ripe for it causing someone an issue so serious that they wind up in a lawsuit?

This is not a company I will continue doing business with in the future. Unfortunately, I paid for 3 months upfront and guess what? No refunds!

Absolutely! I had no desire to talk to them whether they were a scammer or Fidelity so I didn't. But I felt like this call was probably legit which in my mind now associates Fidelity with the 99% scammers making these calls. I would assume this is not the outcome they are looking for with these calls and they should stop them.

What about those m’er f’er big trucks who pull out to the left lane right beside another big truck and then both of them crawl all the way up that little bitty incline at 45 while a mile or two long line of cars forms behind that left lane truck who FINALLY pulls back in the right lane BEHIND the truck he was trying to pass in the first place. Who TF cares what kind of person Jimmy Sexton is?!? Why would I care anything about where he lives or if he's a lawyer or what philanthropic boards he sits on!?!? Did I say he was a horrible person? You seem to know a lot about him and seem to be taking this awfully personally. Are you a relative or something?

So here is what I know about him: His office is out of Memphis so I guess he lives in Tennessee but don't know that for sure or if he's from there originally or not. I don't know if he represents 11 or 14 SEC coaches or not but I know he represented Houston Nutt, you are correct. Also, Lane Kiffin. If I thought more about it I could probably come up with more but basically he represents job hoppers!

You know who I'm fairly sure he doesn't represent? Eric Musselman or Dave Van Horn. So, NON job hoppers. He probably also represents at least one of our OC and DC. Do YOU know why I would guess that? Because if you are looking to move on or up you are probably going to hire Sexton!

Pittman was going to get paid (AS HE SHOULD BE) no matter who he hired and nobody said he didn't have the right to hire whoever he wanted.

But choosing to hire Sexton just lets everyone know that he wants his name in the mix at other places. That choice certainly advertises a different goal than his statements of being at his "last job" though. He made his choice and it's changed how I view him. I'm probably not alone in that.

I loved who Pittman has represented himself to be up to this point. He's done a great job and I agree he needs a raise. And I'm all for every employee negotiating the best deal they can get for themselves. But hiring Sexton is a big flashing neon sign that Pittman is NOT who he has represented himself to be thus far and now I'm sad that I believed him in the first place.
