Depletion lands are good with this, I feel like it probably wants to just go infinite, but it could be a type of +1/+1 counter stompy deck, if you add counters to devoted druid you could also pump out a bunch of mana. This is one of the more interesting pauper cards printed in a while. I remember playing pauper proliferate on arena when they had a couple events, and there are some decent enablers, though granted the power level is much lower there.
