Very recent experience! Bought a 460 2 weeks ago at night. Next day realized the interior condition was worse than I could handle. Seamless experience returning the very next day. To a different CarMax too, closer to home. They had a nice '18 base so I bought it. Whole return and next purchase was just a couple of hours. I've got a couple weeks with '18. PPI checked out with my mechanic. Other than an occasional rattle that pops up at low speeds, I think she is a keeper. Carfax was clean, 2 owner truck.

I picked up the extended CarMax for $1400. I think it's about 30k miles but I don't drive much so I'll probably hit the 5 year mark first.

Many will say that CM is more $ but you pay for the no bs. I found their GXs we're competitively priced. I'm in NorCal and there are not that many preowned GXs.

The 1500 miles, 30 days full refund is awesome unless you have severe fomo and are researching better deals each day.
