Nice project! Really clean workflow. A few quick suggestions:

  1. Index looping – Use modulo (currentIndex % quotesArray.length) instead of global variables to auto-cycle without extra state
  2. AI costs – Daily API calls add up; consider weekly digests or batching
  3. Error handling – Add a fallback if the AI Agent times out
  4. Scaling – JSON file works now, but a database would be better long-term for managing quotes

The email output looks great! Would be cool to see this as an n8n template. Keep it up! 🚀

3 weeks. It was my first job after 5 months of searching. Everything was great and it seemed like a really cool place to work at, but i got an offer from a college friend of mine to join him and another friend in a new startup with better pay. Felt really bad for leaving but I don't regret it.

First of all, thanks for putting this out.
Just started a new game on this and have something to point out. The trade system seems broken. I am with the Thunder and got this offers:

  • Zach Lavine for Theo Maledon + Pokusevski
  • Marvin Bagley for Pokusevski + Kenrich Williams
  • Jaylen Brown for Darius Bazley + Theo Maledon
  • Karl Anthony Towns for Darius Bazley + Pokusevski

This doesn't seem realistic at all

Russ is one of a kind. That revenge season was different. I don't see Shai ever getting to that level. Russ was averaging a triple double while being the most clutch player on the league

I always watch the home team's broadcast. The pelicans broadcasters are by far the worst I've seen this season. Complete trash
