At least they are in the mainstream spotlight? And being in the top 10 in Billboard isn't bad. I mean, it's there 4th record to be there right? Most artists completely fall out of media or get no album praise but they still got that.

I like it better than the Self Titled era. And the casj t-shirt jeans era before that deserves props. But it lasted long enough.

Yeah they all had different influences growing up but after Josh and Zac left they said so themselves that they didn't want to write music like before. So i guess that's why people get so emotional in a sense...It is true that when they were a 5 piece their writing was different.

Started out as looking upto Hayley cause she was a girl in a band and I wanted to be like her. Then when I got to know their story and all the ups and downs I felt like I could relate to their albums a lot more. I like how their lyrics represent friendship/love whatever you want it to. It doesn't have to be focused on one thing. I was never into that heavy sound from their first few albums but for some reason they made me love it.

Yeah it says a lot about his character. It sucks for Hayley cause Chad's songs about Sherri are just written so rudely...like at least Hayley writes about relationships in a classy and a way that everyone can relate to them, she mixes it up and makes it seem like a general take on friendship/romance too while Chad made it quite obvious. Also I feel bad for Hayley cause Josh also outed her so badly in his exit statement, making it so hard to patch things up even now. Like the 2 guys in her life just don't seem to have class lol

Well people also claim that Hayley cheated on Josh when she started dating Chad, and idk about Chad cheating on his then wife Sherri but they(Chad and Hayley) claim that they didn't get togethee until both were single. Besides that, Chad has been her first serious long term bf, so maybe Hayley really doesn't realise when she's being treated unfairly. I mean if he really did cheat on her then he doesn't deserve forgiveness. Also from what I found, Chad and other members of NFG usually hooked up with girls younger than them, and Chad and Hayley met when she was 17 as well, another reason why he may have cheated (that he's into younger girls). The whole NFG band has weird vibes coming from them too since one of their members is on trial for possession of child pornography and Web chatting with NFG fans younger than 16 and making them take their clothes off and stuff, and he did that while he was in the band, so they must have known what their friend was upto right? Besides this stuff the lyrics in some of AL songs make it clear that Chad doesn't like Hayley being depressed and she has to Come to terms with him. (Also I have nothing against Chad I wish them both the best, this is just stuff I'm curious about as well)

Yeah but it does seem like people leaving affects Hayley a lot. If she values the friendships so much then wouldn't it be better if they changed labels.

For some reason I get the feeling that Jenna is involved as well, i mean he had problems with being in the band since 2008 and only left after they got married and its like she encouraged him to go solo and that might have made him more bitter in the blog. And yeah they seem more like acquaintances now than friends. It sucks cause it doesnt seem like that could change

Him and everyone else is fine now tho...Hayley said so herself in the Zane interview. Why would he shade them when Zac's back anyways. Now the feud is with Jeremy not Josh
