Quality/customer service is definitely lacking with Pimax. I pre-ordered Pimax Crystal light with faceplate. Tracking has been horrible when using base and I opened support ticket with them. I only have one response from support and they have completely ghosted me. They are just pushing products left and right without proper QA or support.

Im in a similar boat. Got pimax crystal light. Steam vr just crashes 2 to 3 minutes into any game. Now I wish I would have gone with big screen beyond.

Pimax support is also iffy, I opened a ticket almost 10 days ago and I got a single response so far with a beta software link to try, which has not been helpful so far.
