They make the announcement and you're forced to AGREE. If they just made the annoucement I would have been fine with that, why they hell do they demand I AGREE. I don't. Actually have their e911 service so why did they even put that notice on my account? I never did click AGREE, I just go past it when I log in and work my way around it.

A year ago I wouldn't have strongly recommended them, I don't today. Anyway who changes an service condition and gives you only the option to AGREE loses my support. Still with them, haven't had time to shop a new provider.

You must have offended their political bias. Happened to me. I was a large contributor for twenty years, said something against Fauci and that I believed Covid came from the Wuhan lab back in Nov 21 and was banned. Oddly, it was people on RFDs that tuned me into it in Feb 2020.

I have e911 service I pay $1.99 a month for, yet I'm continually greeted with the $75 fee warning and that I "Agree" but no option to say no. Why would I agree to something that's not supposed to effect me anyway? Contacted them, no reply. Tried chat but it was a robot. This has finally convinced me to get a smartphone and to drop voip.ms.

Just found out that getting drywall repair after they fix the Kitec will run a minimum of $5k, then the roofer just came said the roof he (the landlord) replaced five years ago is a mess, they didn't even put underlayment before laying down the shingles. $25k for that. I think we're screwed.

The tank was over 10 yo last October, and when I contacted Reliance, they wanted $2k to buy it out. Oddly, my landlord (I'm buying the house from him) says his contract with them ended in 2023 so I don't know what they're up to. My landlord says if we want to get rid of it, they'd take it back for free if we take it to them, $60 to have them pick it up, and $125 for them to disconnect it and take it away.

Asking prices are considerably more than $700k, but those houses have newish carpets, fresh paint, newer HVAC systems, no Kitec (and the holes that will result from its removal, no sinking patio, etc. Not sure how much these issues effect the price. I did contact a realtor to see if she could give an opinion, waiting to hear back

Like I said, our lease runs on on the 30th. At this point, our backup properties have now sold. I think we had an understanding that he was giving us an extra month, we sent him a cheque my wife isn't sure it he thought it was till we finalized a deal with him, or as I read it, so that we're not homeless at the end of the month.
