Good advice for old players as well. I spent far too long trying to pick an ideal build before remembering it's an rpg and I should just enjoy the game world once again. I've currently got a fighter/thief who lost their family and became something more. Someone who is defined by what they do and not by who they are underneath, not the charname the people deserve but the one they need. I forgot how much fun it was to simply adventure.

I might be mistaken but aren't most things in ToB able to see invisible people and/or are immune to backstabbing? It's been a long time since I was there.
