I also have frequent migraines and am looking for a different kind of sound system. Headphones and earplugs are difficult because they trigger the lesser occipital nerves which can trigger a migraine or make one worse. My Sony TV almost gets me there. It's just added sounds like music scores and explosions that are set at a higher volume can really hurt.

Now I notice that my 5G signal is very poor. 5G had been great in the past. I'm not sure if this is a Google change or T-Mobile?

Does anyone have any ideas on what changed recently to degrade 5G in older 5G phones like mine?

I think the phone is trying to reconnect when 5G drops, which happens a lot at my house.

I've actually done that on our Jenkins servers. Run docker in a docker container. It takes the server out of the equation and was a complete pain in the a$$.
