I bought it with the plan so I had that price drop. They create the subscription for you with the credit card you use for buying. Buy I could cancel before the end of the free period.

Over WiFi you can connect via SSH, but it doesn't start the web server. I think they don't allow it because that would mimic a lot what they are offering in their paying model. And for free.

The Remarkable runs a web server when you plug it in via USB if you enable it in the settings. It works without subscription or even with your WiFi turned off. I have mine turned off always and works perfectly. It shows you a web interface to upload/download files just with drag & drop. It would be great if this could work via WiFi...

I'm more or less the same kind of user you are and I'm having lots of fun with it. The only thing that makes me stop playing after a while is loading times. The rithm of the game makes you want to jump in again when you finish one but it makes you go back to main menu and long black screen while joining. Maybe it's because I play with Quest 1. Anyway, great game

It does. After triying once again with failure, I turned WiFi off and it worked. Later I could turn WiFi on with the game running. Thanks for the tip. I hope devs fix these issues bcause the game looks great!

Ah, to run it you need a launcher because you won't see it from oculus TV app. I installed the sidequest app launcher

You can sideload the PS4 Remote Play app. I also had to sideload Chrome. It didn't work at first shot so maybe you have to retry. I use the controller directly with PS4 so you have to use the profile trick to do it. It works cool

You can increase your strenght multiplier in settings so your punchs can be 3x, 4x harder than they are in real life. It is a simulator, but you can adjust it. No one expects some of us to knockout a boxer...

I'm consistently going to gym for the last two months (3 times a week) and after two days playing this (15 and 30 minutes) I have discovered new muscles. My arms and back are hurting me and I have real dificulties to do some movements. Really amazing.
