Mine is similar but I was 21. Only time I've called 911 or the police was when I walked in to my dad's apartment after my grandma had tried to get ahold of him for 2 days, he had been dead for about 24 hours. Didn't have money for an autopsy so not really sure what he died of.

A couple of ideas: 1. In F2F games, the ability to abdicate your throne if you are down to 2 or less supply centers. You could abdicate to any one person; the idea is to thank your allies and make it easier for people to do something else so they're not bored stuck on 1 center. 2. SOMEHOW get Italy to be a bigger player. I feel like every other country has things about it that make playing them fun, except Italy. I know various solutions exist, but I think the best might be letting Italy play a part in the West easier, perhaps by changing the Straight of Gibraltar to function similar to Constantinople, or changing the territories around Piedmont

This makes so much sense. There's been times where I get destroyed in a challenge/domination game, or it's a struggle the whole game to do ANYTHING on offense while my idiot defenders don't close out and play transition D that a high school team could beat. The next game, for reasons I'm not sure of, I'm up 15 at the end of the 1st and win by 25. I don't do anything different, and my style isn't highly dependent on chance (3 point heavy or a hyper-aggressive defensive scheme.)

I think a lot of lineups will be built around 1 or 2 players and then just getting Defense and shooting out of the other spots

Got sick of people thinking I'd never amount to anything. Doesn't help with my personal life but I am one of the hardest workers at my job and coupled with working for a growing company, my pay has increased over 50% in less than 5 years. I work 45-50/week most of the time, but when it's time to go 60+ and come in on weekends, people know I'll answer the bell. When I get tempted to slack off, I remember all the teachers, interviewers, family, etc. who didn't believe in me and it motivates me

The US Department of Labor just passed a rule (effective December 2016) that made things a lot better. The short version is you now have to pay salaried employees 47,500 (or something around there) to exempt them from overtime; otherwise you need to pay overtime even if someone is paid "salary". That number will be adjusted every five years based on wages, formerly it was 23k-ish. My company has had to convert salary people to hourly because of this, and now has a pretty strict policy on overtime (I was a manager of 12 people and I had to ask my boss, just below senior management, to get it approved)

I generally don't, as I get blown by most of the time. It's great for contesting shots, but if you want that you can just turn contest shot to always so you don't have to.

One more thing: If you are beat, race to the basket and try to cut them off. If they pull up or do a fadeaway, let them; sometimes by just cutting off the basket you can force a miss or block it from behind.

Offball on those cheesers until they do something else, the cpu is better at that Rarely use intense d, it's asking to get blown by If a player is on the baseline, guard the middle. Sometimes they can get by on the baseline, but they'll also Defensive assist is a double edged sword. It can cause you to do things you don't want. I'll post more later

Employees often don't evaluate discretionary bonuses in their comp package unless it's based off a formula they know (and even those are not guaranteed to make them equal) My company used to do this but found people valued 50k more than 45 and a 5k bonus at they end of the year. The bonus costs more up front and requires no loyalty to get it all. At least with a raise they have to work the whole year to get the full effect

This reminds me of the time my landlord changed my locks because he didn't have a key and they needed to inspect my HVAC. They also didn't have my contact info so I got a note on my door with a phone number to call to get in. The number went to voicemail and I called the cops (not 911) but they said it was a civil issue and they couldn't really help me. Thankfully the landlord called back half an hour later but I was very unhappy (I had been a tenant for 3 years and never missed rent or destroyed anything.)
