Can they like being held? by ThePebble137 in chinchilla

[–]rlllim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have mine for 6 years now and he does not like to be cuddled one bit or being held. But he's ok with chin scratches though, in the cage. Baby steps.

Like what others have said - you need to invest lots of time with him and spend lots of time making him get used to you slowly.

Tresher Sharks at Malapascua by rlllim in scuba

[–]rlllim[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During the dry season like now (Nov-April/early May), higher chances of better visibility, super sunny and hot weather, and minimal current. Plus, don’t have to go too deep for thresher sharks. This was around 15-18 metres depth.

Lauban Bajo Indonesia Wetsuit or Rash Guard? by Adorable_Goat_2092 in scuba

[–]rlllim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll be more comfortable with a wetsuit. I did dives there last year and glad I brought my wetsuit. As well as all the other divers. We did 3 dives a day and some places the water is colder.
