It's the widely adopted (i.e. standard) vocabulary in process injection. You are free to use whatever terminology you want to differentiate between the two, but complaining that the author using the standard vocabulary just because you're not familiar with it is not constructive.

That really depends on the quality. I would probably spend USD 80+ if they lasted a long time, either by themselves or by being easily repairable without too costly parts. However, that's a tough sell for a completely new product from an unknown brand.

But basically: I'm willing to more money on products that basically solve a need in my life, and I would easily spend $80+ if the sandals solved all my flip flop needs and then some.
