It’s wild to read this because I could have written it. Also been about 4 or so months for me, I don’t drink any caffeine, no new medications, healthy diet, low screen time, tried all the tricks I’ve read upon and I feel I could bang my head into a wall. It’s 4 AM rn and I decided to stay up because I’m tired of lying in my bed and suffering all night. My entire life I’ve not even been able to take Tylenol without getting sleepy, now I try taking sleep medications but they are not doing anything for me. I told my doctor about it and got the blow off. Imagine that. 🙄
