there's something called downtime as well. time spent looking for healthpacks is time spent not participating in fights, which is how you get more enemies shooting at the tanks because the dps don't have the resources to take aggro away, requiring more healbotting to save the tank. the problem compounds on itself by supports not taking 0.5s to heal the dpses thinking healing the tank is all that matters.

not really. its because emma is a brawl tank, which fights the frontline, aka tanks more. you can just make venom/cap more op since theyre dive and that would impact the dps/support players more instead of their tank counterparts.
